Baku Climate Action Week (BCAW) has kicked off in the Azerbaijani capital, hosting its second edition.
The first forum was held in 2024 ahead of Azerbaijan's preparations to host the COP29 climate conference. This year, BCAW events will take place from September 29 to October 3.
The program includes high-level policy dialogues on energy, finance, climate adaptation, small and medium-sized enterprise development, and a just energy transition.
In addition, roundtables are planned with representatives from industry and the innovation sector, green technology entrepreneurs, and sessions on new approaches to climate governance.
The main goal of BCAW 2025 is to accelerate climate action and develop cooperation between governments, businesses, and the scientific community.
