President of Azerbaijan approves amendments to Housing Code

Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has approved amendments to the country's Housing Code.

The changes specify that Azerbaijani citizens can register as needing housing from the state housing fund under a social rental agreement only once.

As a reminder, under Article 48 of the Code, residential premises from the state or municipal housing fund are provided to low-income citizens who have been officially recognized as in need of housing.
