Answers to those who are denied 190 AZN one-time payment, but say they need it

Taking into consideration the big number of those, who say, "I need one-time payment in the amount of 190 AZN, but the Ministry has refused to give me one-time payment making different reasons. I can even prove that I need those 190 AZN", the "Telemorning" program has tried to clarify the issue. 

Thus, Deputy Head of the State Employment Service Jamaladdin Guliyev has responded to questions in regard to the issue. J.Guliyev has said that citizens, who can prove that they need 190 AZN, have already applied to local departments of the institution with complaints and appeals: "We carry out works in this direction. Local institutions review appeals and complaints of citizens. Rejection reasons are clarified, and people are provided with answers." 

The institution's representative has answered the question "Has there been a case when a person, who previously received a rejection, has applied again, and their need has been proven?": "Such cases have happened. I would like to note that the assignation of the one-time payment in the amount of 190 AZN has been carried out via the system. It has been carried out not only via the system of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population. Information has been checked through the systems of other institutions as well. Mistakes can be made during the inspection."
