The post reads: "I cordially congratulate great successor of the Azerbaijani mugham school, People's Artist of Azerbaijan Republic Alibaba Mammadov on his 90th jubilee and being awarded the "Sharaf" order!
The peculiar singing style, gentle voice and high stage culture have earned Alibaba Mammadov the great love and respect of the whole people. Alibaba Mammadov, who has spared no efforts to raise a generation of new mugham singers using his rich experience, has made great contributions to the development of the mugham performing school.
On this remarkable day, I wish our favorite mugham singer best regards, strong health and prosperous life being surrounded by his beloved ones."
