Azerbaijani FM to German Federal Minister: "Armenia's 'blockade' claims are groundless"

On September 8, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov had a telephone conversation with Federal Minister for Foreign Affairs of Germany Annalena Baerbock, citing the Press Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

During the telephone conversation, the current situation in the region, as well as the process of normalization between Azerbaijan and Armenia were discussed.

Bayramov informed the other party in detail about the current situation in the region and pointed out that the allegations of "tense humanitarian situation" and "blockade" spread by Armenia are groundless and are part of Armenia's political manipulation.

Later, the ministers exchanged views on other issues of mutual interest.
