Despite the efforts, the Armenian side is laying obstacles to the opening of communications, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, said at the Caspian Connectivity conference in London.
Minister Bayramov stated that transit through Azerbaijan increased by 75% in 2022 and expressed confidence that the opening of all communications will further contribute to sustainable peace and stability in the region, and will significantly increase trade and transport. Bayramov also spoke about the importance of the Zangazur corridor, which has the potential to further increase connectivity within the Middle Corridor.
