"People of Azerbaijan will live as a victorious people from now on, will live eternally, our state will live as a winner state from now on. It is geat happiness for all of us, for those living in Azerbaijan, for Azerbaijani citizens, for Azerbaijanis living abroad," said President Ilham Aliyev while his peech at the Fifth Congress of World Azerbaijanis.
"Our hero sons, who conducted the historical mission, delivered unprecedented services in front of history, people, Homeland. Young people, who grew up in the period of independence, who grew in the spirit of patriotism, presented the historical event, historical good news to people of Azerbaijan," stressed the head of state.
