President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on awarding Vagif Imamgulu Mamishov with the "Friendship" ("Dostlug") Order.
In accordance with the order, V. Mamishov has been awarded the order for his services in strengthening the mutual relations between Azerbaijan Republic and the Russian Federation.
