President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on awarding Dusen Kurabay Kaseinov with the "Honorary Diploma of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan".
In accordance with the order, D. K. Kaseinov has been awarded for his efficient activity at TURKSOY and his services in the development of the cultural relations between the member states.
