Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov has paid a visit to Russia.
According to the Press Service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the purpose of the visit is to participate in the meeting of the CIS Foreign Ministers Council.
Within the framework of the visit, bilateral meetings are also planned to be held.
