International parliamentary conference opens in Tbilisi

An international parliamentary conference “EU and Partners – Embracing Diversity for Stronger Unity” has kicked off in Tbilisi.

Members of parliaments from 17 countries, including EU member states and candidate countries, Eastern Partnership countries and Members of European Parliament attend the forum.

Chairman of the Milli Majlis committee for international relations and inter-parliamentary ties Samad Seyidov is among the participants.

Georgia`s speaker Irakli Kobakhidze, PM Giorgi Kvirikasvhili, EU Ambassador Janos Herman and UN Resident Coordinator Niels Scott addressed the conference.
