ISESCO’s position regarding the settlement of the Daglig Garabag remains unchanged. We hope that Armenia will follow decisions and resolutions of international organizations on the settlement of the Daglig Garabag problem - ISESCO Director General Abdulaziz Othman Altwaijri said.  Daglig Garabag is a historical Azerbaijani land and must be certainly returned to Azerbaijan. Azerbaijani citizens should live in these lands in peace. This was stated by ISESCO Director General Abdulaziz Othman Altwaijri. He thinks that immediate fulfillment of the United Nations resolution on Libya and non-fulfillment of the decisions on the Daglig Garabag problem is political dissimulation. ISESCO supports Azerbaijan’s territorial integrity and its historical rights on Daglig Garabag and urges to fulfill the UNSC resolutions on the settlement of the conflict. Though these resolutions demand liberation of the Azerbaijani lands and restoration of the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, they are still disregarded. Mr. Altwaijri expressed hope that Armenia will finally follow decisions and resolutions of international organizations on the settlement of the Daglig Garabag problem. ISESCO Director General stressed that the international community is well informed about the Daglig Garabag conflict and that Daglig Garabag is an inseparable part of Azerbaijan. The world is changing and problems must be settled not by means of weapons but through negotiations. The World Forum on Intercultural Dialogue held in Baku targets establishment of such a dialogue.
