Violating the humanitarian ceasefire regime, the Armenian armed forces continue to subject to missile fire Azerbaijani civilians and civil facilities. 

According to Azerbaijan's Defense Ministry, on October 28 at 10:15, the Armenian armed forces shelled Tartar city and the territory of the region  from the Smerch rocket launcher. 

There are no casualties.
