President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has received Seymur Orujov on his appointment as head of Aghstafa District Executive Authority and Elchin Rzayev on his appointment as head of Imishli District Executive Authority in a video format.

The head of state addressed the meeting.
