The evacuation of the Azerbaijanis abroad via charter flights is underway.

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, within the framework of these measures, today, it is planned to bring 198 Azerbaijani citizens from Ukraine's Kyiv back to the country.

Moreover, more than 540 people have been brought to Azerbaijan from Russia. On 18-31, a charter flight from the CIS and EU countries, as well as other European countries to Azerbaijan, will be carried out.

It is noteworthy that the evacuation of Azerbaijani citizens overseas is carried out at the task of President Ilham Aliyev and First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva. So far, about 20, 000 Azerbaijani citizens have been evacuated.
