The state financial support for entrepreneurs suffering from the COVID-19 pandemic is underway. 

According to Azerbaijan's Ministry of Economy, in accordance with the Action Plan approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan Republic, by April 27, 22, 976 taxpayers suffering from the coronavirus pandemic had applied to the Ministry for getting a certain amount of wageworkers' salaries, and 73, 760 micro entrepreneurs had applied for the financial support. Overall, 96, 736 taxpayers have applied to the Ministry of Economy. 

Within the framework of providing a certain amount of wageworkers'salaries, the applications of 19, 061 entrepreneurs envisaging 178, 587 employees have been investigated and submitted to the Ministry of Finance for transfering the finances. Investigations are underway regarding other taxpayers. By April 27, 38, 46 million AZN have been transfered to 17, 568 taxpayers for paying the salaries of 168, 778 wageworkers.

Within the framework of the support for micro entrepreneurs, 73, 760 taxpayers have applied to the Ministry; 67, 497 applications have been reviewed and approved and submitted to the Ministry of Finance for transfering the financial support to bank accounts. By April 27, 40, 03 million AZN have been transfered to the bank accounts of 59, 148 micro entrepreneurs. 

It is noteworthy that the results of applications and the notification about the transfer of money are sent to the electronic cabinets of taxpayers (www.e-taxes.gov.az) and their mobile phones as an SMS. Taxpayers can contact 195 Call Center or tax bodies in connection with any question.
