April 13-19 has been declared the week of Gara Garayev and Fikrat Amirov within the framework of the "The Culture Uniting Us" project implemented jointly by "Madaniyyat" (Culture) Channel and Azerbaijan's Ministry of Culture.

Within the teleweek, various works of the composers will be presented by representatives of the art centers under the Ministry of Culture.

Thus, the Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre, Azerbaijan State Academic Philharmonic named after Muslum Magomayev, Azerbaijan State Academic Musical Theatre, the music schools under Baku City Culture Head Office, at the same time, music schools located in regions, will make a contribution to the teleweek.

Along with this, Azerbaijan National Conservatoire, Baku Musical Academy named after Uzeyir Hajibayli, Azerbaijan State Culture and Art University and the gymnasium under the University will also participate in the project by their students and teaching personnel.
