NATO Secretary General's special representative for the Caucasus and Central Asia James Appathurai has made a post on his official Facebook page in connection with the so-called "elections" held on March 31 in the occupied territories of Azerbaijan.

He noted that NATO does not recognize these  so-called "elections".

James Appathurai also expressed support to the statement of the OSCE Minsk Group and its Co-chairs on the issue.
