In accordance with the instruction of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, social household services are rendered to more than 10, 000 lonely citizens above the age of 65 who are prohibited to leave their house in order to prevent them from being infected with the coronavirus. 

The number of institutions supporting social services is expanded. Volunteers of the "Regional Development" Public Union of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation deliver various groceries to citizens who are over the age of 65. Within the framework of the project, it is also planned to purchase medications and organize medical examinations at home.
