To ensure safety in connection with the coronavirus, ASAN Service Center offers a new electronic service to citizens. The "ASAN Bot" system prepared by the Electronic Government Development Center has been commissioned in order to ensure comfortable transmission of information about state services to citizens.
"ASAN Bot" is an artificial intelligence product – chatbot. The Beta version of "ASAN Bot" initially commissioned as a pilot version will create an opportunity to answer questions about services, as well as other projects, rendered at ASAN Service and ASAN Communal.
Citizens will be able to find answers to their questions related to state services from anywhere at any time of the day.
