President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on recalling Azar Khudayar Khuduyev from the position of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan Republic to Ukraine, at the same time, from the position of the permanent representative under the Organization for Democracy and Economic Development - GUAM. 

In accordance with another order of the head of state, Elmira Huseyn Akhundova has been appointed the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan Republic to Ukraine.
