Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on marking the 100th jubilee of Aziz Mirahmadov.

The order reads that 2020 marks the 100th jubilee of prominent representative of the Azerbaijani literature, famous critique and textualist-scientist, member of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Azerbaijan, honorable scientist, doctor of philological sciences, professor Aziz Mirfeyzulla Mirahmadov. 

In accordance with the order, the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Azerbaijan has been instructed to prepare and execute a plan of events regarding the 100th jubilee of honorable scientist Aziz Mirahmadov. Moreover, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan has been instructed to solve all the issues regarding the order.
