Works on the documentation of the bus stations operating without official documents in Azerbaijan's regions will be launched in the near future. Some bus stations have been warned due to not operating in accordance with the requirements. At the same time, the online sale of tickets at regional bus stations will be launched.

Indeed, the creation of the system envisages some period of time. However, the system unites several sub-systems, and it will be conducted in stages.

It is important to document the activity of the independently operating bus stations for applying the innovations, because web enabling is possible only at documented bus stations. There are approximately 56 bus stations in the country, and nearly 40 of them have been documented. Works on the documentation of 10 bus stations are underway; 6 bus stations have been warned about operating according to the requirements.

Since March 1, the State Automobile Transport Service will kick off monitorings for bus stations to operate in accordance with the requirements.
