Starting from this year, the admission to pre-school preparation groups of general education institutions and the first grade will be carried out on the basis of an ID for Azerbaijani citizens and foreign passport for foreign national, Azerbaijan’s Ministry of Education reported.

Thus, in accordance with the relevant decree of Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, the information exchange in the state informational systems must be carried out  based on individual identification numbers (FIN).
