Today’s edition of Azerbaijan Television's "Target program" has been dedicated to the preventive measures taken against the coronavirus disease that has originated in China.

The guests of the program were director of the Hygiene and Epidemiology Center Afag Aliyeva, economist Tural Hajiyev and head of the Department on the Organization of the Work of the State Customs Committee Border Checkpoints Shahin Alasgarov.  

The organization of the preventive measures and the order signed by Health Minister Ogtay Shiraliyev in this regard have been analyzed. Moreover, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Azerbaijan to China Akram Zeynalli joined the program live. The Ambassador announced the number of people infected with coronavirus.

He also provided information about the threat of the virus to the Azerbaijanis living there and the measures taken.
