First Vice-President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mehriban Aliyeva has congratulated First Deputy Director General of TASS Information Agency Mikhail Gusman on his 70th birthday on her Instagram page.

The First Vice-President has noted that as a true patriot, Mikhail Gusman has made a great contribution to the strengthening of the existing friendly relations between Azerbaijan Republic and the Russian Federation.
