President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev met with Foreign Minister of Turkey Mevlut Cavusoglu in Davos on January 21. 

The sides expressed satisfaction with the successful development of the bilateral friendly and brotherly relations between the two countries; it was highlighted that ties in all fields were expanding.

The role of high level meetings in the strengthening of the relations between Azerbaijan and Turkey was emphasized. The importance of the global significant projects implemented jointly by Azerbaijan and Turkey was underlined.
