Mr. Khoshbakht is a living legend who has written bright pages in Azerbaijan's oil chronicle. He has earned the sincere love and respect of all our people with his personal qualities, knowledge, rich experience and activity.

On this remarkable day, I cordially congratulate Mr. Khoshbakht on his 90th jubilee and being awarded with the highest award of Azerbaijan Republic – "Heydar Aliyev" order, wish him strong health and best regards!"
