Graduation ceremony at Teleradio Academy - Graduates provided with jobs

The graduation ceremony of the II academic year attendees of the Television and Radio Academy under "Azerbaijan Television and Radio Broadcasting" (AzTV) CJSC has been held; certificates have been presented to the graduates.

Addressing the ceremony, chairman of the CJSC Rovshan Mammadov wished success to the graduates and noted that over the past year, the activity of the Academy had been restored. The chairman highlighted the importance of being worthy of the Motherland in every profession and recommended to always make conscience a priority.

Rovshan Mammadov also stressed that some part of the Teleradio Academy graduates would be provided with jobs in the CJSC.

Rector of the Academy Faig Husiyev noted that the contest for the second academic year was launched on September 16, 2019. 451 people submitted their CVs to the contest; 280 of them were invited to an interview. As a result, 51 people became contest participants and 24 AzTV employees -  the Academy attendees.

Thus, 75 people have been involved in the II academic process since October 7. However, only 63 people have been awarded certificates based on the attendance and assessment.

The rector emphasized that 21 out of 73 people, who received certificates at the end of the academic year, had been provided with jobs on AzTV, "Madaniyyat" (Culture) TV, "Idman" (Sports) TV, Azerbaijan Radio and at the Academy.

Addressing the event, anchors, lecturers of the Academy Nargiz Jalilova, Sevda Aghazade and others expressed gratitude to the AzTV chairman for the restoration of the Academy's activity and highlighted that this way, the foundation of the serious television school had been laid in Azerbaijan.

At the end, certificates were presented to the graduates; a memorable photo was taken.

It is noteworthy that within the framework of the reforms carried out in "Azerbaijan Television and Radio Broadcasting" CJSC in 2019, the activity of the Teleradio Academy has also been restored, and an admission has been announced twice in one year.
