"The Presidential Administration has been completely reorganized; young people have been involved. The Cabinet of Ministers has been reorganized; young people are involved. The snap parliamentary elections have been announced. I hope that young people will actively join these elections," said Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev at the opening ceremony of the "ASAN Hayat" complex.

The head of state highlighted the necessity for new faces: "Because there is a need for new faces, new ideas, new approaches. At the same time, I have to note that we cannot let contradictions between generations happen, as it exists in all societies. Many people from the old generation are always dissatisfied with the young generation. Therefore, we should understand it. A misunderstanding between generations exists in all societies. However, our society is conservative and based on traditional values. We, of course, cannot allow these natural contradictions to turn into a big problem. Therefore, I have said and when I started attracting young people to active work, I saw that some kind of campaign was carried out against the old generation. I have stopped it, because we will benefit from the experience of elderly people, the modernity of the youth and their harmony".
