The XXV Azerbaijan International Telecommunications, Innovations and High Technologies – "Bakutel-2019" exhibition is underway. The interest in the exhibition was big on the second day as well.

Some 238 companies from 23 countries are represented at the exhibition. This statistics shows that international companies are satisfied with the activity in Azerbaijan.

Surely, in the first place, our country obtains benefits from the entrance of foreign companies to the Azerbaijani market, investment in the ICT sector, because the training process of qualified professionals have speeded up, and as a result of this, today, Azerbaijan has turned into one of the exemplary countries in the field of innovations. We often stumble upon regular innovations connected with the usage of state services. Now, the number of electronic certificates given to citizens increases.

Head of the Department of the Ministry of Labor and the Social Protection of Population Kanan Akbarov told about the innovations: "Now, citizens will be able to obtain 6 certificates online. By the end of the year, this number will reach 15. Next year, 30 certificates will be given. If there are citizens who cannot get their certificates online, they will be able to receive their certificates by applying to the DOST Centers".

The electronicization of these services surely indicates the development of the ICT sector in the country. The main objective of the investments made in this sphere is to increase the accessibility of the population to services and their comfort.
