The next monitoring is planned to be conducted on November 13th in the territory of Tartar region on the line of contact of the Azerbaijani and Armenian armed forces in accordance with the mandate of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office.

AZTV.AZ reports citing Azerbaijan’s Defense Ministry, from the Azerbaijani side, the monitoring will be conducted by field assistants of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Michael Olari and Simon Tiller.

From the Azerbaijani territories occupied and controlled by the Armenian armed forces, the monitoring will be conducted by Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Andrzej Kaspszyk and his field assistants Ognyen Jovic and Ghennadie Petrica.
