The weather forecast for November 13th has been announced.

AZTV.AZ reports citing the National Hydrometeorology Department of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, the weather in Baku and on the Absheron peninsula will be changeable foggy. Fog and intermittent rain are expected in some areas in the morning, and it is expected to rain in the evening. North-west wind is expected to intensify in the second half of the day.

The air temperature on the Absheron peninsula will be 9-11 degrees at night and 15-18 in the daytime; in Baku – 9-11 degrees and 16-18 in the daytime.

The atmospheric pressure will be higher than the norm – 769 mm mercury column, relative humidity will be 75-85 at night and 55-65 percent in the daytime.

The weather will be mainly rainless in western regions on November 13th. Rain is expected in some northern and eastern regions in the evening. Rain is forecast to intensify in some areas. Fog will be observed in some areas at night and in the morning. Mild east wind will blow.

The air temperature will be 6-11 degrees at night, 16-21 in the daytime, 2-7 degrees at night and 12-17 in the daytime in the mountains.

On November 13th, the weak fluctuation of meteorological factors are expected on the Absheron peninsula, which is favorable for meteo-sensitive people.
