The last horse racing of the season has been held at Baku’s Bina Equestrian Center.

AZTV.AZ reports that 39 racers with various types of horses have competed at the tournaments.

At the competition organized by the Equestrian Federation, the championship of pacing horses has been held for the first time. About 50 pacing horses from the capital and regions have competed.

Sabirabad resident Rahman Nuriyev’s horse called “Thunder” has won the first competition that started with the race of pacing horses at and over the age of 6 at a 1600 m distance.

The award fund of the pacing championship was 7, 700, and the overall award fund of the competition was 24, 500 AZN. At the end of the competitions, awards were presented to the winners.
