The Nizami Ganjavi International Forum has kicked off today in Baku under the title of "Nizami Ganjavi: The Bridge Between Cultures".

The forum is organized by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan with the support of Baku City Executive Power. 

The Nizami Ganjavi International Forum dedicated to the 880th anniversary of great Azerbaijani thinker and poet Nizami Ganjavi has a rich program. The Forum has brought together influential international scientists, researchers investigating the rich literary heritage of the genius thinker. 

More than 40 scientists, experts, as well as statesmen, heads of higher education institutions, representatives of international organizations and diplomatic corps, from 15 foreign countries participate in the Forum. Various panel discussions, presentations, bilateral meetings, book presentation, cultural and other events will be held within the framework of the Forum.
