A new head has been appointed to Madaniyyat TV channel of the "Azerbaijan Television and Radio Broadcasting" CJSC. 

According to AzTV's Social Media and PR Department, chairman of the CJSC Rovshan Mammadov has signed a relevant order in connection with this. 

In accordance with the order, Honorable art figure Ulviyya Ogtay Karimova has been designated as the head of Madaniyyat TV channel operating under the CJSC. 

Since 2019, she has been working as the chief director of the "Azerbaijan Television and Radio Broadcasting" CJSC. 

It is noteworthy that previously, Honorable Artist Ramil Gasimov led the TV channel. In accordance with Culture Minister Anar Karimov's order dated 2020, he was appointed the director of the Heydar Aliyev Palace.
