On October 13, the delegation headed by Foreign Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov has departed for Belarus' Minsk to participate in the meeting of the Foreign Ministers Council of the CIS (Commonwealth of Independent States). 

According to the Foreign Ministry, within the framework of the visit, Jeyhun Bayramov will take part in the CIS Foreign Ministers Council and hold bilateral meetings.
