President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has signed a decree on measures regarding the improvement of the management in the field of digitalisation, innovations, high technologies and communications of in the Republic of Azerbaijan.  

In accordance with the decree, the name of the Ministry of Transport, Communications and High Technologies has been changed into the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
