This time last year, many people would not believe that the Patriotic War would last just for 44 days, and an end would be put to the 30-year occupation. However, the dreams have come true. The ancestral lands, including Shusha, have been liberated.

The crown of Karabakh, the symbol of our national and moral values Shusha city experienced the most horrible days of its 270-year existence. Not only historical monuments, but also residential houses were looted and destroyed. Nevertheless, this looting has not affected Shusha's peculiar beauty. The restoration of the city was launched shortly after its liberation. 

Life is already reviving in Shusha. Markets, hotels, bakeries and other facilities have been restored in the city. Currently, two bakeries are operating there. 

Although it is autumn, Shusha kind of experiences the joy of spring that has arrived after 28 years and 6 months. The geographical relief, steep rocks, foggy mountains, fresh air and icy springs. This is Shusha. 

The 101-km Victory Road leading to Shusha, electrical substation, water supply are already at disposal. We are returning, we are revitalizing life in Shusha.
