On September 10, a farewell ceremony for Russia's Minister for the Affairs of Civil Defence, Emergency Situations and Disaster Relief, Army General Yevgeny Zinichev, who tragically died at drill, has been held in the administrative building of the National Crisis Management Center in the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations in Moscow city, Azerbaijan's Ministry of Emergency Situations told.

The Minister of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Colonel-General Kamaladdin Heydarov attended the ceremony and expressed his respect to the memory of the deceased.

The minister attending the ceremony has extended condolences to the family members, relatives of Y. Zinichev and the staff of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia.
