"It will be interesting for Azerbaijani viewers" - Common values of Turkic world on one program

Today, the premiere of the joint project of Turkic speaking states prepared at the initiative of Azerbaijan Television will be held.

According to the Social Media and PR Department of AzTV, the first edition of the project entitled "The Turkic World" will go on air on June 7 at 21:00. 

In the first edition of the program, presenters and experts from Azerbaijan, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan talk about their culture and history in their own language. 

In today's edition, AzTV's employee Gunel Habilgizi will give information about the Gobustan State Reserve, and footages from the reserve will be presented to viewers. 

Subtitles are provided to let viewers understand information better. 

Despite the fact that AzTV is the initiator of the project, the program is planned to be broadcast on TV channels of all the Turkic speaking countries. 

This is the project created in response to the close cooperation of Azerbaijan with Turkic speaking countries and the initiatives taken by the heads of state of the Summit of the Cooperation Council of Turkic Speaking States. 

The program has already caused interest in Turkey. More than 20 leading information portals of the country have shared news regarding this.

Director of Ataturk Center in Azerbaijan, MP Nizami Jafarov has noted that the preparation of a program about the Turkic world and demonstration of the culture, languages, achievements, etc. of these countries to viewers are very significant: "By watching the program, Azerbaijani viewers will see Uzbekistan, hear the Uzbek language, see Kazakhstan, hear the Kazakh language. They will hear, and I am confident that they will understand them after some time. We will also see our differences in this project." 

MP Sabir Rustamkhanli has said that such a project has been prepared late: "This project will be interesting for Azerbaijani viewers."
