Chairman of CJSC Azerbaijan Television and Radio Broadcasting Rovshan Mammadov made a point about new logo of AzTV.

The new logo, which is simple in its essence, but quite modern in form, has an equally simple symbolic meaning. Every corner of triangle reflects a specific period of time: past, present, future. 

The 1st corner. Azerbaijan Television has passed a 63-year development path with a rich historical heritage and its own traditions. Time, tastes, requirements change, but one thing remains the same – commitment to our history, and each of our steps on the path of development should be based on these traditions and roots.

The 2nd corner. In the modern era, when in the literal sense of the word there is a tense struggle for the audience, we must keep pace with the times and satisfy the preferences of the public. Thus, along with adherence to historical traditions, the requirements of the reality also should be at the forefront of our activity, we must keep up to date and even change some principles.

The 3rd corner. We look to the future, and our main goal is to turn our native channel into one of the leading media not only in Azerbaijan, but also in the CIS, and even, if we look a little ahead, around the world. Our reliance along this path is the support of the independent Azerbaijan state and a large creative team of the channel that works tirelessly.

Thus, the new logo reflects reverence for the national values of the past, modernity and the ability to react on everything new, to confidently move forward towards future goals. Way to go – for the good of the Motherland and the people!
