The state has taken care of them. They have grown up, received education, and some of them have already settled down.

We are talking about the "Graduate house". Currently, about 200 young people live in two buildings built in Absheron region's Masazir settlement. 185 young people living here have already settled down. 305 children are growing in their houses.

The oldest resident of the "Graduate house" is 44-year-old Fazil Ismayilov. He works as a gardener in the yard of the residential complex. He says that he is trying to do something for the state: "If the state takes care of us, raises us, we should also do something for the state. Our house has all the necessary conditions. I am grateful to Mrs. Mehriban Aliyeva for providing us with everything. I have planted a mulberry tree here, so that children would eat it in the future."

The majority of the youth have been provided with a job in the "Graduate house", as well as at the nearby enterprises like Bahar Shikhiyeva who has a first-degree disability. She has weaved a great number of carpets. More than 30 young people work at carpet and textile workshops created in the "Graduate house".

She notes that she lived in a rented house for a while: "Later, I was provided with a job. Every three years, we are given wheelchairs."

The manual works of Yadigar Mammadov, who obtained an occupation on the training courses for young disabled people in Sabunchu district's Ramana settlement in 2014, are displayed at exhibitions: "Our state has given me a house. I live here. At present, I create works on trees. I hold exhibitions and sell my creations. I earn for a living in this way. I also receive pension."

It is noteworthy that in accordance with the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers, graduates of boarding schools are settled in the "Graduate house" according to their own wish.

Director of the "Graduate house" Rza Ahmadov says that presently, the construction of 4 buildings for graduates of boarding schools is underway. 255 graduates will live there."

22 people living in the "Graduate house" have volunteerily participated in the Patriotic War. Two of them have become martyrs.
