The measures aimed at preventing people, who attempt to travel to the liberated, but yet not completely cleared from mines territories, are underway by employees of Fuzuli Region Police Department. 

According to the Press Service of Azerbaijan's Ministry of Internal Affairs, during the urgent operative measures taken by employees of Fuzuli Region Police Department, 13 residents of Beylagan region attempting to enter the liberated territories illegally have been detained together with 5 vehicles. 

They have been taken to the police station.
