Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed an order on the dismissal of Ramin Namig Guluzade from the position of the Minister of Transport, Communications and High Technologies. 

In accordance with another order of the head of state, Rashad Nabi Nabiyev has been sacked from the position of the chairman of the "Azercosmos" OJSC. According to the President's another order, he has been appointed the Minister of Transport, Communications and High Technologies.
