The Patriotic War Memorial Complex and Victory Museum will be situated at one of Baku's main avenues - Nobel avenue. 

The military equipment retrieved from the Armenians during the war will be demonstrated for Baku residents and guests in the open air. 

It is noteworthy that on December 3, 2020, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev signed an order on the creation of the Patriotic War Memorial Complex and Victory Museum.

The Ministry of Culture and Baku City Executive Power have been authorized with the establishment of the Patriotic War Memorial Complex and Victory Museum.
