On January 13, at approximately 11 o'clock, Barda resident Aliyar Hidayat Ojagverdiyev born in 1960 got injured as a result of being blown up by a mine.  

According to the Prosecutor's Office, as a result of the investigations, employee of Khojaly Traffic Department No 54 Aliyar Ojagverdiyev was blown up by an anti-tank mine in his bulldozer while paving the road on the bridge over the water canal passing through Sugovushan and Talish villages. 

Investigations are underway at Tartar Region Prosecutor's Office.
