An article about how Azerbaijani President, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the armed forces Ilham Aliyev has raised the tricolor flag in Fuzuli region liberated from occupation has been published in Egypt's "Al-Masry Al-Youm" newspaper.

The head of state's words about Azerbaijan's victorious army have been cited in the newspaper. It has been noted that during 17 years, Ilham Aliyev has stated that as the country's President and Supreme Commander-in-Chief, he will not allow the creation of the second Armenian state in the Azerbaijani lands.

The newspaper has cited President Ilham Aliyev: "There is the multinational, multiconfessional, progressive Azerbaijani state. All Azerbaijani citizens, representatives of all people, religions live normally in friendly and peaceful conditions. The Armenian people will also live so. Within these 44 days, I have said in my numerous interviews that they are our citizens, and they will see that under the Azerbaijani leadership, they will live well; they have to get rid of the criminal, cowardly junta regime."
