Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has posted on his official Facebook account on the occasion of the Constitution Day. 

It is noteworthy that the first Constitution of independent Azerbaijan prepared under the leadership of national leader Heydar Aliyev was adopted on November 12, 1995 through the referendum. The main law of the country entered into force on November 27, 1995.
