988 people have been infected with COVID-19, 340 people have recovered in Azerbaijan within the last 24 hours, the Operative Headquarters of the Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan reported.

Over the past day, 11 people, who earlier tested positive for the coronavirus, have died.
